DOMAIN SERVICES

Voci.Digital operates as a bespoke digital services provider. As part of this, we offer domain related services. However, we do not operate as a public-facing domain registrar. We do not operate through the use of any resellers. Our offerings are tailored to the needs of each customer, and as such, the costs and charges for our services vary depending on the complexity involved.

Before proceeding with any service, you must confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and agree to the terms outlined on this page. This acceptance will form part of the contract and also includes acceptance of the terms of Nominet (the UK domain registry). Services will not be provided without acceptance to both of these terms and conditions.

This digital contract will provide a detailed breakdown of all charges for the services being offered, including domain registration and/or renewal fees (where applicable), as well as any other recurring costs. It will also outline important terms related to transfers, renewals, and the expiration of any domains registered with us.

As we are not a public-facing registrar, if you require a domain transfer, you agree to promptly change the IPS tag to a registrar of your choosing. In the case of domain expiration, unless otherwise agreed and stated in the digital contract, you are responsible for renewing your domain. Failure to renew an expiring domain may result in its loss to another party.

All payments must be made in full prior to the provision of our services, in line with the terms noted on the invoice.

Complaints, Inquiries & Abuse

For any inquiries about our terms and conditions, complaints, service-related issues, inquiries or abuse concerns, please contact ellie@voci.digital.

We will acknowledge all inquiries and complaints within 5 working days and aim to resolve them promptly. Where these require a longer period to research and resolve, we will keep you informed on their progress.

When submitting a complaint, please provide a full summary of the issue, as well as your preferred method of contact. Where additional information is needed, we will request this by your preferred method of contact.

The details of our inquiries and complaints process are also included in the digital contract.
